These tubes are marked as CAAM - China Academy of Art Museums Exclusive Brand Cooperation, with the website listed as www.supervision-art.com.
While some of them make some interesting granulating effects, I find this colour range rather limited and I don't agree with the ratings given as the pigments include fugitive PY1, PR3 and PO13. These are known to fade on exposure to light. Most of the mixes are easily achievable with lightfast single pigment colours you probably already own.
I was also sent some masking tape - quite fine washi-style tape that works nicely to keep those edges clean with painting. It has the brand written all over it so can be distracting but it works well.
This is the 15-colour 'Layered Watercolour' set. There are 24-colour and 48-colour sets available but I wasn't able to find how many colours are available in total.
