I have scanned some, and photographed others to try to get the most accurate colour for these swatches. It's always the yellows, oranges and reds that are difficult to show perfectly.
These are close to reality, but the Cadmium Yellow Light is actually a little warmer - a lovely primary yellow colour.

ReplyDeleteHi Jane.
ReplyDeleteI always find your reviews very helpful and trust your guidance... I'm not sure what to make of your silence regarding the last six colour batches, though – I've no idea if you like any in particular or not!
Also, I'm aware the pigment mixes may have changed since you wrote the review a few years ago. Any updates for those of us keen to know? Thank you!
Jane here - when I only have a sample dot to try, I am really only aiming to show the colours and share the information rather than post a 'review'. There isn't enough paint to really explore them further.
DeleteThis article has to be updated as some colours are no longer available.
ReplyDeleteThey don't make cadmium red orange anymore ☹
ReplyDeleteCadmium red orange which is my favourate is discontinued
ReplyDeleteMany of these colours have now been discontinued unfortunately.
